I am a huge history buff and I love learning more and more things about WWII. To think, I used to live 10 minutes from Oppenheim!
Leticia - did you? How interesting! Where were you? We spent the summer of 2007 in Rheinau outside of Mannheim (long story) and it was an amazing summer. Germany is such a beautiful and interesting country.
We were stationed in Germany for three years and lived on a small base called Dexheim, unfortunately years later the based was closed and torn down.One of my best-friends lived in Oppenheim and I was always at her house. It's a shame I didn't learn German!We lived in Dienheim as well.
